You're in the heart of coastal Solana Beach, a short walk to Fletcher Cove surrounded by this amazing custom home filled with beautiful art and fabulous finishes. The outdoor space includes, dining area, grill, fireplace, water feature, and heater. The retractable doors and windows allow the indoors to become outdoors and vice versa. Enjoy varied state-of-the-art seating and entertainment options, together with touchscreen appliances, lighting, and shades. Relax into the five bedrooms, 3.5 baths. A group of my friends and I celebrated my 50th birthday at this home and it was amazing! Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Loved the hot tub, steam shower, indoor/outdoor living space, firepit, waterfall and so much more. Would highly recommend and will definitely be staying again!

“Jewel” is not an exaggeration. This is a beautiful, spacious, well-appointed home. It was so quiet, we felt we were in a cocoon. The kitchen has literally every single thing (and triplicates of many things). It was so nice that when we come back we will plan to eat most meals there. It is truly walkable. Solana Beach is a very quiet relaxed little town. The property managers were communicative, responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

Along with our 2 grown kids and their families, we all enjoyed our stay—plenty of room, open floor plan, a very easy walk to the beach and restaurants, well stocked kitchen, appliances, good beds, towels, linens, an elevator, peloton bike…this place checks all the boxes. Not to mention, it’s a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood at a favorite SD beach community. Needless to say, we’ll recommend staying here to our friends and will be back ourselves again soon. Oh yeah, really responsive and accommodating management team too. No complaints at all. Just great!
