Beautiful Mountainside Condo sleeps 6, access to Clubhouse and walking distance to Main St.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was wonderful - within walking distance of main street in Frisco as well as several scenic walking paths! The view from the deck was amazing and very peaceful. It was just as described and we recommend it.

Pros: - Great views off the balcony. - Kitchen is nicely stocked with the items we needed to prepare meals. Appliances are nice, new and easy to use. - Location was convenient (definitely wouldn’t consider walking distance to downtown though in winter months). - The beds we’re fairly comfortable. - Covered parking garage (read con portion below on garage). - Unit was clean (except for under the beds where we found an item from previous renters). Cons: - It is a 3rd floor unit with NO elevator access. With higher elevation than were used to, this was not fun with luggage, snow gear and Christmas gifts. We dreaded pulling into the parking garage knowing we had to climb up the stairs to the unit. - The bedroom, oh the bedroom. It is at the front door which is right by the stairs. You hear ALLL the noise of people going up and down the loud wooden stairs at all hours. Second, the bedroom windows only have blinds which let in major light from the porch lights that stay on all night, making it pretty much look daylight at all hours. Blackout curtains would be super helpful. Third, overhead lighting is needed, a small lamp on each nightstand is not sufficient lighting for the room. - The unit is much smaller than pictures make it appear, especially the bathroom. Definitely not for a tall/large person. My son and husband, both average size (under 6ft tall), hit their heads on the shower rail. - Pools and hot tubs were closed “per county guideline” however we saw multiple public pools and hot tubs open elsewhere during our stay. Big disappointment our kids. - 2 of the 3 TV’s didn't work properly during our stay. They came on but would only make a static noise no matter which “input” we changed it to. - Very limited storage/closet space. We felt tight with 2 adults and 2 kids. Not sure where 2 additional people would put their things or how they could be comfortable. - Parking garage has a hole in the ceiling right by the parking spot designated for this unit. It was leaking something and things were falling from the hole so an orange cone was placed under it (I guess as a precautionary measure??). The location of the cone made parking in the designated spot very difficult.
