Ideally placed in the heart of Capbreton. Nice and comfortable apartment of 40m2, with a mezzanine of 6m2 on the 1st floor of a small condominium.
Very bright, composed of a separate bedroom with a 140X190 double bed, a living room with a sofa bed with quality mattress, and a mezzanine also equipped with a mattress. Equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster) open to living room.
Close to shops (supermarket, restaurants, bakery, grocery store, 1 minute on foot), market, port and pedestrian street (300 meters).
Cycle and pedestrian paths, free shuttles during the season serving the beaches (stop about 100m).
Motorway access in 5 min to discover the Basque Country and Spain.
Private parking space and space for bikes.
Within 2kms, you will discover magnificent beaches of fine sand, the port and its daily sale of fish, the famous Estacade dating from 1858.
Please note, the apartment must be returned in the same condition as you found it, any lack of good general condition of the apartment will be deducted from the deposit, an amount of 80 €.

Appartement clair et agréable,bien situé,proche du Supermarché .Malgré un temps glacial pour un mois de Novembre,le chauffage électrique nous a permis de passer un séjour confortable .Propriétaire sympathique.
