Tout est parfait. Idéalement situé : à 20 min à pieds des plages de Capbreton et Hossegor, des marchés, du lac d'Hossegor. L'appartement est quasi neuf, très bien équipé, très propre. La chambre donne sur une zone calme ( sans voiture, sans passage) et le salon terrasse est face au port. Superbe coucher de soleil . Je recommande vivement

Great location, with views over the marina and walkable to both Capbreton beach and Hossegor centre. Two lovely balconies - one at the front looking over the marina and one at the back with trees and gardens. The apartment is freshly decorated and nicely furnished, and is well equipped. Secure parking is very useful. Reactive and helpful owners.

Die Lage war gut. Und die bereitgestellten Informationen.
Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war nicht gut. Hinzukommt, dass der Check-In erst ab 17:00 Uhr möglich ist und der Check-Out bereits um 10:00 Uhr. Ein weiterer Grund für das schlechte Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Des Weiteren hatte es in der Wohung einen sehr starken Geruch nach Feuchtigkeit. Was zwar zur Normalität am Meer gehört, jedoch nicht erwartbar bei diesem Preis. Die Unterkunft ist generell Ok aber halt nicht so viel Wert. Profitiert einfach von der Nachfrage.
