Very good!

I totally enjoyed my stay in the flat. The apartment is in a quiet area, you can easily find a parking space, close to the beach and the city center. Clean, spacious, and functional. A big supermarket (Grand Masoutis) 2 minutes walk away from the apartment. The host is very helpful and kind. Thank you very much!

Good

The apartment is bigger than it looks in the photos, the furniture looks very good and the bed was comfortable. There is an air conditioner in every room. The kitchen was in a separate room, we had a welcoming drink and water in the fridge. The balcony was big and comfortable. It is near the beach and the sea. The parking place is on the street, but sometimes you have to look around for a free spot.

There is no direct sea view from the apartment, the photos are from the nearest beach. The bathroom cabin is very small, and there was not enough hot water and the water pressure was low. It was explained that this was a preset to meet the Booking conditions,but it was not possible to take a proper shower, especially if you have long hair. If this is improved I would highly recommend the place for a stay.

It was my the best weekend in Kavala and this apartment and householder was well prepared to think this way.

Apartment is close to the center and to the beach. Apartment is good looking old fashioned style. The kitchen has everything we needed. The stuff is very kind and provide any information we needed. On the parking at the apartment always was free place for our car. Electronic devices like a TV or cooker and microwave worked very well.

The second smaller bedroom is in different style and has not enough comfortable beds for more days but for the weekend it’s ok. It should looks more similar to other parts of the apartment (maybe in the future). Because of the heater in the bathroom warm water comes slowly. This could be irritating but generally it’s ok.

Not very comfortable

the location was easily walkable to the town along the seaside. Very clean even though it was very old.

The second bedroom had only a very small (child sized) bed which was as hard a plank of wood. My mother struggled to sleep on it. The small shower inside a half bath was very uncomfortable, the water pressure was so low it was hard to shower, the kettle in the kitchen was broken and we had to make tea on the stove top.

Very nice apartment with all the extras. But the location is not on the beach, the photos of the beach are misleading and are from another place. The view is to three other blocks. The disadvantage of the location is that it was quite noisy, and the beach is quite small. You have to travel about 2-3 km to find a large beach.

Wonderful place to stay in Kavala.

Apartment is really incredible. Really close to the beach - 50 m. Free parking is possible. Big supermarket around the block, 10 minutes walk to the center of the city. The host is really nice. He welcome us with cold wine and water. Close to breakfast place and the beach restaurant. Apartment is really nice furnished and you have more than is needed for perfect vacation (AC in every room!!!). Kavala is beautiful place to visit.

We liked this stay very much. We can stay there again.

Very spatial and comfortable apartment. Free parking on the street in front, beach is across the main street, 50 meters away. Good supermarket nearby. Old city is 30 minutes walking distance. There is everything necessary inside - air conditioning, dishes, microwave and regular oven, and even some spices, tea and coffee. A welcome bottle of wine and some apples were expecting us. We arrived an hour earlier than declared in the site, but the owner came 5 minutes after the phone call. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Bath is not very comfortable, but still usable. This is not connected directly with the property, but there was a strange man walking in the neighborhood, tending to walk into the building. He is a little bit annoying, but not dangerous at all.

Чисто, удобно, в зале и прихожей старинная мебель и картины, не много отключились от нынешних дизайнов. В апартаменте все необходимое есть. Приятно , от хозяина в подарок была вода и вино, ждали нас в холодильнике). Море в 1 минуте. Вид с балкона на соседние дома и горы. На берегу есть не много зонтиков, пляж городской, песочный, но заход в воду каменистый, шузы не помешают. На берегу хороший ресторан с вкусной едой и отличным обслуживанием.Продуктовый магазин и кафешки за углом.

Нет стиральной машины, не удобно для долгого отдыха.
