The property is very beautiful, centrally located, well maintained, and the staff is generally very helpful. However, there are some aspects that leave room for improvement and, in my opinion, should be addressed.

Among the less positive points, there was no hot water during our stay, and the French doors remained slightly open at the top. We also found an insect near the shower. Regarding breakfast, it would also be helpful to clearly state at the time of booking that breakfast is served at a partner café and not on the property itself. The most disappointing issue, however, concerns an electric toothbrush that we accidentally left in the room. We were told that it had been thrown away because they “thought it had been left there on purpose.” The problem is that it was brand new. Honestly, it is difficult to understand the reasoning behind throwing away an item like that without first waiting a reasonable amount of time or contacting the guest. Simply keeping it aside and asking would have been enough. When we asked for clarification, the response was rather dismissive, and there was no real acknowledgment of responsibility for the lack of attention. Overall, it is a beautiful property in an excellent location, but some details and, above all, the way the toothbrush incident was handled left us quite disappointed. With more attention to detail and greater clarity about the services provided, the experience could be significantly better.

The property is located in the main tourist area, within a short walking distance of many popular attractions and the ferry pier. The staff were very helpful and provided us with plenty of useful information about the local area and tourist attractions.

The window of our room faced a busy street lined with many restaurants, which resulted in considerable noise until around midnight. The bathroom could also be improved by providing towel racks for hanging towels, as well as hand-washing gel.

Watch out that you don’t book the studio small room. It’s tiny and looks nothing like the pics of the bigger rooms
