Obožavam ovakav tip objekta: cijela kuća, smještena u mirnom dijelu grada. Ima ugodan kutak za sjedenje ispred. Parkinga nema, ali zato ima garažu. Ljubaznost domaćina izuzetna. Osjećaj udobnosti, komotnosti i nesputanosti. Klima-uređaj, WiFi, sva kućna oprema za boravak i na duge staze. U kući je sve novo i održavano, čisto i funkcionalno. Mala prodavaonica je nasuprot objekta.
Nisam primijetio nikakve nedostatke. Možda je malo kompliciranije izlaziti autom iz garaže, ali na to sam se brzo naviknuo. Nedostatak koji bih spomenuo ne odnosi se na sam objekt nego na ulicu: pješačke staze su uske, a na nekim mjestima ih nema pa je potreban oprez kod hodanja.
