This cute little room was just want I needed. close to the old town, close to the marina and quiet. Compfy bed and hot water in the shower. All was nice and very clean.
The only thing you want to be aware for room 3 is the steepness of the stairs, was not a problem for most people but if you have any issue with stairs they are steep. just an FYI

Cute little place with everything you need. The location is excellent, close to the beach, restaurants, there is even a small supermarket nearby. The owner is very responsive and helpful.
There was an unbearable smell of sewage coming from the toilet. Maybe it wasn’t their fault, and maybe it comes occasionally, but it has to get fixed somehow.

The best thing about this place is the location. It's a mere 5 minute walk to the Cathedral which is the centre of the old town and a 5 minute uphill walk to the St.Michael Fortress. There's a beach 5 minutes away tho I haven't been there.
I've had enough of towels, soap, toilet paper etc. and there was even some salt, vinegar and basic stuff in the kitchen, as well as cutlery and all dishes needed.
To get to your apartment you need to climb extremely steep and tall stairs which is very inconvenient for people with limited mobility as well as for carrying luggage. The air con has no humidifier mode which wouldn't be a problem is the unit wasn't pointing directly to the bed so your only options during the night are either to melt in your sweat or to get a pneumonia.
