La Collina delle Mignole

A hidden gem in Friuli La Collina delle Mignole was the perfect start to our holiday. Beautiful surroundings, a stunning garden, exceptional breakfasts, and above all the warm hospitality of Paola and Alessandro. The atmosphere is peaceful, authentic and full of character. It feels less like a hotel and more like being welcomed into someone's home. A great base for exploring Friuli, Cividale and the Soča Valley, while returning each evening to tranquility and charm.

A very special place to stay and enjoy the quiet life and beautiful scenery. From the moment you arrive you step into a different world disconnected from the outside noise and you feel welcomed into a family place not just into another hotel. Alessandro and Paola will do everything to make sure the stay is memorable. I highly appreciated the local tips for cycling and the most delicious organic breakfast. Highly recommended!

EVERYTHING! The hosts are amazing. So friendly, welcoming, and helpful! They really treat you like family. They also prepare for you amazing breakfasts with local products. The place is spectacular. Surrounded by a lot of green, it is like entering a fairy tale. It is the perfect place to relax and recharge after spending the day hiking/exploring. The shared kitchen is fully functional and there are tons of chairs and tables both inside and outside for the guests. The rooms are gorgeous, super clean, and they smell amazing… it is like entering a spa!

Location fantastica in mezzo al verde, curata e silenziosa. Host gentilissimi che ti fanno sentire in famiglia. La colazione è eccezionale, studiata con cura in ogni dettaglio da parte della padrona di casa che ne prepara personalmente ogni portata, tanto dolce che salata, insomma nulla è lasciato al caso.
