About this house rental
Enjoy sweeping views of the Delaware Bay as you and your extended family and friends spread out in this spacious, newly renovated seven bedroom, four and a half bath home in the popular community of Cape Shores. As you enter the first floor, an entire family can sleep in the first bedroom with the queen sized bed and a twin over full bunk bed. The other first-floor bedroom has a queen bed. The first-floor full bathroom is located down the hall, perfect for rinsing off after the beach if you don't like an outdoor shower. You can take the stairs or the elevator up to the second floor, with two suites of bedrooms. One of the second floor masters has a king bed, with a 2 sink Jack and Jill bath that connects to a bedroom with a queen bed. The other second floor master has a queen bed with an adjoining one sink Jack and Jill bath that connects to a children’s room with two twin beds. The third level has a large en-suite master with a balcony overlooking the bay. Enjoy cooking meals in the newly renovated kitchen with a 48 inch Wolf range. Feel free to stock your cooler with ice from the XO 27 pound ice maker! There’s plenty of room to lounge, either in the great room on the third floor or the game room on the second floor. The outdoor space makes the most of the bay views, with a screened in porch for dining, a sun deck on the third floor, and a rooftop deck perfect for watching the sunset. Other amenities include a gas grill, outdoor shower, 16 beach chairs, 2 beach carts, several umbrellas, one paddle board and kid's kayak. You can fit multiple generations of family in this home, capacity is up to 16 people. Please note, each bed has a mattress pad, duvet and/or blanket, and several pillows, but linens are not provided. Pets are not permitted.

The Home was beautiful and included all the best quality kitchen tools - Those knives were a hit! We loved the proximity of both the bay beach and Cape Henlopen beach and the use of the sparkling clean pool. What a lovely community in a great location. And the Owners were very attentive and responsive to our inquiries. A wonderful family vacation for 16!

This house was perfect for our extended family of 16. It was a great location for us because the short walk to the bay was great for our grandsons who are 1.5 and 3. We also loved being near bike trails and could easily ride to the Henlopen State Park or ride 2 miles for breakfast in Lewes. We did our own tennis tournament and having the courts there was so convenient! It was so helpful that this home has beach chairs and a paddle board that we enjoyed using. While no linens were included, Holly was very clear in her communications about what size sheets we needed to bring.The views from the kitchen and upper deck were so beautiful and we loved sitting on both the screened porch and upper deck. It was wonderful to have 2 washer/dryers and 2 refrigerators. The kitchen was very well equipped. We liked that they had labels on the light switches which made transitioning to a new home easier. Holly was very quick to respond to my questions and a great communicator about the house and the area. We would definitely return to this home and are so grateful for our time together!
