Silver Beach Condominiums are located right on the beach in Orange Beach, directly across from Dollar General, PNC Bank, Urgent Care, and a host of restaurants and stores! While not enjoying the white, sandy beaches, you can walk across the street for anything you need during your stay.
This three-bedroom condo is on the building's top floor in the east corner. All the bedrooms have TVs, and the main bedroom has a walk-in shower, a separate vanity area, and access to the wraparound balcony. The second bedroom balcony access, as well.
At the end of the hall, the condo opens up to the living area, dining area, and kitchen, where glass doors all around open up to miles of white, sandy beaches and waves crashing along the shoreline. The kitchen is equipped with items for cooking, baking, and making meals during your vacation. There are plenty of places to relax and enjoy a meal between the dining table and bar stools. The living area is comfortable and has free WiFi and a television. There is a utility room with a washer/dryer for your convenience.
Sit out on this eighth-floor balcony and enjoy memorable sunrise and sunsets. While not inside, cool off in the on-site outdoor pool!

Everything waa great...six adult women with plenty of room. Was surprised that there wasnt a baking sheet though. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definite book this one again.

We were skeptical after reading some of the reviews but hopeful things were different. After arriving, we wish we listened more.
The view was great. It was nice to be able to see the ocean, beach and people watch from the balcony. Even caught a great lightning storm at night.
Unfortunately there were several things that made our stay, unpleasant. The floors were so dirty that our feet were legit black in the first hour. There was nothing there that we could use to clean the floors with ourselves (not even and a broom and dustpan to pick up any crumbs). When you turn on the light in the kitchen, you see all the insects that are in there. And it’s not like a couple from the last few months or anything, but you can tell that hasn’t been changed or cleaned in years. And believe all the reviews about the elevators. There are two but only one works and is extremely slow if even operational (which is wasn’t upon our departure).
The best part (sarcasm) was when we got a knock on the door from the exterminator that was there to spray for roaches as the guest before us complained about them. I totally understand preventative maintenance, etc. but to be there during our stay without any kind of communication was really what put this into a disappointing experience.
