Silver Beach 806 is a west corner gulf-front 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 8th floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The condo is approximately 1200 sq ft boasting a beautiful corner balcony with an amazing view of the gulf. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. There are two full baths - one has an oversized custom shower, double vanities and soaker tub and the primary bath has custom tiled stand-alone shower. The master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen. The living room has a sofa sleeper. King, Queen, Sofa Sleeper. Sleeps 6.

We loved the condo and the location. It was so convenient to just walk shortly to the beach and pool and being across the street with Walmart was a big bonus. We loved the corner location of the condo on the 8th floor. The elevators were pretty fast also. We will definitely stay there again.

While my family and I are not particularly high maintenance when it comes to beach condos (we really just enjoy being there), this place was quite the experience. With a plethora of mirrors and a bathroom that resembled what would have been featured in a 1980s film (there’s a window above bathtub that fogs/unfogs via switch), it didn’t necessarily impress us. The majority of the unit is dated, and it does not appear that much money has been invested in it to keep it modern. Not to mention the beds felt as though they were purchased when the building was first erected. These features, however, could have been overlooked had the management group in charge of the unit been more helpful. I asked two questions via the text line and the responses weren’t indicative of someone inclined to ensure the best experience/stay. (My father-in-law joined us for a portion of the stay, and I inquired about an extra parking pass for his vehicle. The only solution they provided was paid parking nowhere close to the unit. Additionally, I asked about the booking link for the stay and play package, and they directed me to the booking email, which did not have the information. I ended up having to call the company through which the package was provided in order for them to manually send me the link.) I do not make it a habit of bashing businesses, but I feel as though a company that the owner of the unit pays to manage the unit should have the means to ensure a more enjoyable experience.
