It’s your home away from home conveniently located close to I95 and 595.

This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.

Great location. Stayed with my dog. Everything was just as advertised. Fun nice neighborhood. The host is a really nice guy. Would like to stay again.

Perfect size for a small family. Our dog enjoyed having a fully fenced yard. Proximity to parks, restaurants, and everything downtown was ideal. There is one issue with this property- the air quality. The mini split in the kitchen works fine, but each bedroom has a wall AC, both of which are full of mold. We brought an air purifier, and it read 79%, so not good. The house has a moldy smell as well. Other than that, we had a good time.

While the house is very clean, smells great and is comfortable, it was challenging staying here. The temperatures had dropped into the 40's our first nights stay, the 50's our second night and the heater did not work. Thankfully there were plenty of blankets but still it was a rather sleepless trip due to the cold weather. The AC worked just fine and was running when we checked in. The bath tub drain is exceedingly slow which required me to shut the water off during my shower to let the water drain away so I could have clean feet. Not the most ideal way to take a shower when the house is cold because the heat is not working. We also discovered quite rudely that the chaise in the living room is broken. The wall is propping up the back as it will not stay up on its own. Be careful! Also if you are used to peace and quiet in your own neighborhood, you will find this neighborhood quite noisy. You can hear practically everything outside due to very thin windows. The street is busy, there is a police station close by, the train runs close by, you can hear music at night, conversation from neighbors, etc.
