We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

My daughter and I spent the week in your Beary Cozy cabin. Everything was clean and in working order. We had some snow and ice but, the roads leading to the cabin were cleared out daily. We love using the hot tub and fireplace. We spent most of our time in Gatlinburg and the cabin was a welcomed place to return to. The management was attentive and did everything they could to make sure our trip went well. I would absolutely recommend Elk Springs to anyone visiting the Gatlinburg area.

Our experience staying at an Elk Springs resort property was nothing short of amazing! Upon arrival around 8:00 pm we did find a maintenance issue at the original cabin we had booked. We called the after hours line and reported it and then went to dinner. By the time we returned, a maintenance tech had already visited the cabin and found they would have to return in the morning to look into it further. When the next morning arrived, it was determined they would not be able to resolve the issue that day and Elk Springs resort management offered to move us to a different cabin at no expense which turned out to be larger and easier to park at in our vehicle. Both much appreciated bonuses. Their communication was amazing, the response time from my first reporting the issue well after normal working hours to being checked into the new cabin was very impressive and allowed us to have a truly amazing vacation in a beautiful cabin with incredible views. We returned home yesterday and are already planning our next visit to the area. We will of course be staying at an Elk Springs resort property when we get there!

The location was good and the customer service was very good. Blinds were not mounted correctly and the outside light shined through the window during the night. There were spider webs with spider in the window. The furniture in living room was really worn out. The coffee table was very dirty. The sheets on beds was like cardboard. Was really disappointed there were no Christmas decorations. The outside of cabin has spider webs every where.
