- Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty.
- No RV or Trailer parking.
- Guests are responsible for providing their own charcoal.
- The Fireplace is only operational from October 1 - April 1.
- We charge a $75 pet fee per pet. Also pets are not allowed on the furniture, must be potty trained, and must be kenneled when left at the property alone.

The property was excellent and our pets were happy also. They were afraid of the stairs until the last day and they totally enjoyed that experience! Lol. Everything needed was there for our convenience!

Only complaint is that the upstairs (king) matress needs to be replaced. Still an overall great experience though!

The cabin was clean and cozy it is in a great location to see and experience the sites. The cabin itself had the bare minimum of pots pans and silverware there was a total of 5 tiny forks like you'd use for kids. No pitchers for tea or koolaid. There was zero spices not even surgar salt or pepper. I'm used to being provided with coffee and tea and maybe a small assortment of your basic spices and most times ive received
