About this apartment rental
Dear guests, my apartment is formed by 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, livingroom, fully furnished kitchen, entrance;
it's on the third floor of a noble palace in the historic centre of Florence, no lift but large and easy to climb stairs.
Next to all the major artworks and museums, and even groceries, restaurants, shops etc..are close by.
This apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people, which can become 7 thanks to the possibility of an additional bed in one of the bedrooms and the very comfortable double sofa-bed in the living room;
also it's on two levels and in each one there's a full bathrooms (2 in total): this solution guarantees great privacy for the guests.
It has been restructured taking care to safeguard the ancient details that characterize this historic building.
It's equipped with all comforts: AC in every room, fast internet wi-fi, fully furnished kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, American coffee machine, Italian coffee machine, dish washer, all the dishes, etc..., washing machine, tv.
It's located in Pepi street, a really central position, for which car is no needed and you can go by walk every where: all the major artworks and museums, in fact, are close by, and even shops, groceries and supermarkets are near by;
despite of it's very centrally, it's quiet, next to restaurants and bars, but in a sheltered position.

Great experience with excellent communication with host. Excellent location. Only fault is that house has less beds than advertised in rooms. Otherwise, a wonderful stay.

We are a group of six women in our 60’s and 70’s. The Pepi apartment is ideally situated, with major attractions located within walking distance. The short walk from the train station was manageable and saved the cost of taxi. We appreciated the quiet residential location with lovely restaurants and market nearby.
This clean and well appointed space also has a fully equipped kitchen.
There are stairs but they are manageable. We would return for sure.

Well… there are stairs, but if I can do it anyone can. Great host who thinks of all the little details.
Great location, easy to walk everywhere.
We stayed nice & cool with the air conditioner.
Beautiful kitchen. We would highly recommend.

We booked the Grande and Picolo Pepi apartments for our family group of three generations: two grandparents, three adult children and one son-in-law and two toddler grandchildren. It was a very good decision. As well as being ideally located to see the sights of Florence, the apartments are well appointed, clean, quiet and spacious. Our host, Massimo was punctual when we arrived and made sure that we felt very welcome. He arranged some other matters for us such as taxis all with gracious hospitality too. The connecting doors between the two and three bedroom apartments meant that we could have our own quiet or noisy times, important when it was toddler rest hour or some of us wanted to come in late from a dinner outing. If we are fortunate enough to find ourselves able to visit Florence again, the Pepi apartments will be our choice of accommodation. Highly recommended!
