You'll love to stay in this house right next to the river with large fenced garden.
It has access irectly to the river and is ideal if you want a quiet vacation in the beautiful nature, to listen flow of the river and birds singing, but still want to be close to the sea, beaches and tourist area.
Close to the house is also a bike and beautiful walking trail along the river to the sea.
We can also rent you bikes during your stay here.

It's air-conditioned, well equipped and located near village Zrnovnica, 8 km from Split.
Close to the house is also a bike and beautiful walking trail along the river to the sea.
You'll have exclusive access to the house and large 300 m2 fenced garden with outside fireplace, table and chairs, parasol and outside shower.
It's ideal for a quiet family, couples or friends vacation where you can fully enjoy the nature and can still quickly arrive to the Split city or small coastal towns like Stobrec and Podstrana with lots of beaches, all within 10 min drive.
You can use ground floor of the house that consists of a living room, bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom.
First floor is not finished and is not used by anyone, therefore you'll have the whole house with the garden for rent just for yourself.
There's a shaded patio in front of the entrance so you can choose whether to use table and chairs right next to the river or next to the entrance of the house.
Spacious living room has an air-condition unit, LCD TV with satellite channels and cozy sofa sleeping two people.
Kitchen is well equipped with oven, stove, big fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, cutlery etc. allowing you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.
Bedroom has one comfortable double bed.
Bathroom has a shower, washing machine and hair dryer.
We'll also provide you speed Wi-Fi internet, fresh linen, towels, iron and ironing board.
Baby cot can be arranged for free, please ask in advance.
All this makes this house an ideal choice as your base from where you can experience a great vacation in Croatia.

Wonderful week in this beautiful accommodation.Our host Mero was extremely attentive yet not at all intrusive. If we needed anything he would respond immediately but there was nothing one would need as the accommodation has covered everything.Fresh eggs and vegetables were a welcome treat.Garden has an abundance of fruit vegetables and flowerss. The sounds of the calm flowing river by the garden is a yoga lovers heaven. A cold dip is essential to embrace the beauty.The local village, 8 minutes walk away has everything one needs, 2 small supermarkets. 3 restaurants, a butcher, hairdressers,bar for drinks and beautiful park in the old mill grounds. There is a church also..The 3km walk along the river path to the beach in sorbrec is enchanting .I would highly recommend a vacation in this beautiful hidden gem. Access to all tourist attractions in split can be by bus, however we discovered that uber taxis were readily available and very cheap.Finally thank you Mero and Anna you are very special hosts, you genuinely know no bounds when it comes to guest comfort.Thank you specially for allowing us to remain in accommodation on the last day as our flight was late evening and for leaving us to the airport.Hope to see you again Kindest regards Rosemarie and Michelle

House and property where we'll crafted Miro and Ana had done an amazing work that we felt comfortable and relaxed, always ask if we need help that we have to say a word and they will help us, super friendly and always with a smile on their faces. With the house you will have everything you need for a long stay we will come back soon thanks a lot

The property was just what we needed for our stay in Croatia. Mr Miro was a wonderful host. We would definitely stay here again on a future visit.

We had the most amazing holiday, our lovely little cottage with fruit trees in the garden, a river at the bottom of the gaeden, with ducks and wildlife on tap, surrounded by mountains, and trees.
The cottage is well equipped caters for all needs, good wi, comfortable homely space.
Our host Miro and Ana were lovely so very kind and nothing was a problem, good location for supermarket, a lively restaurant, a quint little bar, and the bus stiop
Only minutes away to go venture out and explore
we loved it so much we are booking to return next year, if you want to just recharge and chill this is the place for you
