The view was nice, the surroundings rather quiet. Parking was easy and convenient.
Arrival process was very complicated as the house was not ready by check-in time.
Besides, the location of the house as shown on map and in written description (minimal distance from Otzias beach) did not match with reality. We were expecting to be able to go back and forth from the house to the beach in seconds, instead we had to take the car for everything.

Beautiful house, location, view.
Unlike the description, the house does NOT have air conditioning, just 3 fans, a roof fan to the kitchenette and a floor fan in each bedroom. If the temperature/humidity is high enough, then night sleep is not easy.
Other negative points (such as a lack of shadow for breakfast on the terrace, noise from the refrigerator etc) are insubstantial compared to AC.
