The house is wonderful. Great design and tastefully decorated, with interesting furniture and artwork. There are enough terraces for everyone to spread out and have their own space if desired. Fantastic sea and mountain views. It is really well fitted out with plenty of kitchen equipment, outdoor furniture, pegs for drying clothes, extra fridge and iron. Everything as listed and water pressure is very good. Efthymios is a super host. We had an absolutely fantastic stay, so relaxing. If we ever go back to Kea we would definitely hope to stay at Hill Top House.
Not at all a criticism of the house. Just be aware you definitely need a car to get around Kea and to get from the house to beaches, shops, restaurants, although these are all just a 5 or 6 minute journey away.

La casa è in una posizione perfetta. Situata vicino al porto e al paese ma lontano dal caos. La vista toglie il fiato da quanto è bella. L'arredamento è di grande gusto e qualità. I letti e i cuscini erano comodissimi. Il proprietario di casa è molto gentile e disponibile.
migliorerei la pulizia all'interno dei mobili della cucina. Per il resto era tutto ineccepibile1

This house is simply stunning ! Great 360 views, impeccable decoration, comfortable and close by the port and beaches.
Efthymios was easy to communicate with and made our stay very pleasant.
