Fabulous stay on Paros in October

The apartment was beautiful and comfortable. It had everything we needed and was in an excellent location, very near many restaurants and shopping and wine stores! I really loved the large balcony for morning coffee and evening wine.

I think I might struggle with the location in high season due to the proximity of restaurants/bars open late. That’s just my preference. For others it may be a requirement.

Room with a View

The apartment is amazing! The best location in Naoussa right amongst the action and with views to die for! Very comfortable and fully equipped for 4. The bedrooms are separated by the living area so good for couples or groups. Comfortable beds and pillows with beautiful linen.

One night the nightclub didn’t stop the music until 4am but we’d still come back as the apartment was amazing!

Definitely NOT a place to stay if you are looking for peace and quiet at night.

The views are spectacular and the interiors are very calm and aesthetic. Very close to everything. In fact, as soon as you step out of the apartment, you have a myriad of shops, restaurants and bars within steps.

The apartment is right above a restaurant, so the food smell of oil and garlic come through the vents 24hours. There are flood lights above the balcony belonging to the restaurant below and the lights turn off between 12pm and 3am in the summertime so it's very bright. Also, because the apartment is above a very busy restaurant, and next to bars and clubs, it is VERY noisy until 3am in the morning. You also do not have direct access to the beach as it appears in the photos; u have to walk a few shops down and walk through a public pathway, and there isn't anywhere you can suntan or hang out because all the restaurants and bars 'own' the beach front.

Fantastic 2bdrm and 2 ensuite apt in heart of town

Fantastic location and amazing views over the water right in the heart of town. Apartment has 2 large size bedrooms both with ensuites. It is a beautiful apartment with everything you need and is very comfortable. Olga is a fantastic host and was very helpful throughout our stay with restaurant tips, shopping and recommendations for our visit to Antiparos. Thank you Olga!!

Only concern is the noise coming from the bar/nightclub nearby which went through to 3am some nights. All part of being right in the heart of the Naoussa fun but something to be aware of.

We had a few windy days so there was some noise from the wind rushing around the storm shutters. A very minor inconvenience that was more than offset by the views and spacious accommodations.

The property is ok but the hosts need to honour their commitments.

Location is great, very close to restaurants & local shops. Communication with host was good & we were met on arrival & shown the apartment & facilities. The apartment has plenty of space for a family of 4 & the beds are comfortable.

The hot water did not work for the duration of our stay requiring us to only have cold showers - possibly ok in the middle of summer but not at the end of October. We contacted the host and after 2 visits from a plumber it was established that a part was required & this needed to come from Athens. As this meant no hot water for our stay the host offered a credit of 200 Euro which we believed was fair & accepted. Despite continued follow up & repeated assurances from the host this credit has not been paid & it is now well over 2 months since our stay. I now don't believe they ever intended to pay it.

Stunning two bed two bath apartment in the heart of Naousa.

It is an absolutely stunning apartment with flawless decor and location just can’t be any better. the bedrooms are spacious with ensuite bathrooms. the kitchenette is sufficient for breakfast and snacks. you could cook a simple dinner if you wanted to.

There are so many positives with this gorgeous apartment, the only little negative is that the restaurant and bars directly below the balcony get quite loud after dinner until close. Easily solved with earplugs and closing the exterior shutters when going to bed which also helps keep the rooms dark if you’d like to sleep in. The evening noise is not enough to be a true detractor or reason not to stay.

Perfection!!!!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would!!! It is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! The location is incredible! The views from the balcony are breathtaking! You step out your door and you are literally in the heart of Naoussa. This place is literally perfect! The front bedroom can get a little noisy because it overlooks the bars and ocean so just bring ear plugs! You will not regret staying here! A beautiful lady met us and showed us around! There was food left for us! The bathrooms had beautiful Korres products. The beds are incredibly comfortable! And waking up to that view….. it felt like I was dreaming! I could write more and more! We were sooo happy! Best place to stay in Naousa!!!

Friendly and helpful hosts. Great location. Modern apartment. Free bottled water. Very comfy bed. Excellent view. Nice kitchen & shower.

The water tap in kitchen is a bit old and loosened. The lid of the electric kettle can not be lifted, if you want to fill in water you can only do it through the kettle mouth. But these are very small problems we enjoyed our stay!

Amazing hidden apartment in a fun, beautiful location.

This is a beautiful gem in the middle of Naoussa. The furnishings are beautiful. Arista was very helpful with whatever reservations we needed to make. The view is outstanding.

We did not have any complaints. You can hear the people having fun at the restaurant below, but that is part of the fun also.

Exceptional

This property was excellent from start to finish. The location is in the heart of Naoussa, Paros, ideal for walking around through the white washed town with excellent water views. The apartment was extremely clean with beautiful modern decor. The two bedroom - two bath suite was excellent for four adults. The terrace overlooking the ocean and town was an additional treat. Management was extremely attentive and pleasant. Fourth time in Paros and this has been our best stay!
