Confused about location at first though that probably was because I was not well.

Місце розташування досить зручне (хвилин 15 пішки до центру або до моря). Апартаменти були чисті, хоч і не нові (стара сантехніка, шафи і т.д). Було все необхідне для проживання.
1. персонал не читає повідомлення в чаті, через це довелось пів години чекати під дверима для отримання ключів. тому при будь-яких питаннях краще одразу дзвонити за номером телефону. 2. не вказаний номер будинку в адресі, лише точка на карті. а зважаючи, що на повідомлення відповідають вкрай рідко - турист не впевнений до останнього чи він на правильному місці чи ні. 3. спілкуються лише іспанською, хоча вказано, що володіють англійською. доводилось кожне повідомлення проганяти крізь перекладач. 4. check-out узгодили о 12:00, а прибиральниця прийшла об 11:00, довелось нашвидкоруч виходити на годину раніше. 5. душову кабіну давно треба замінити: шланг і лійку, а також встановити дверцята чи шторку, бо вся вода виливається на підлогу.
