AL - Apartamento Terracos da Falesia

There were no sunbeds which made use of pool difficult. The Apartment itself is tired and in need of general maintenance. For instance ripped lounge curtain. One patio door in master bedroom seized. Other patio doors difficult to open. Toilet seats loose. Table lamp no bulb. Patio table and chairs tired in appearance. No oven proof dishes which made use of oven difficult. Shutters do need maintenance as some did not fully close. For the rental paid for our months stay it was disappointing. We were also were not made aware of major site works outside the apartment which made to apartment constantly dusty. We were cleaning everything almost on a daily basis. Finally the location is too far from Marina if you have difficulty walking 20 minutes at least. Falisea Beach the same. Part of me wants to consider a request for some compensation as appearance of actual apartment and the photos on your site are somewhat diffirent.

Spacious and clean

Het was superschoon bij aankomst, alles is aanwezig in het appartement. Alles werkt goed. Bedden lagen ook goed, 2 badkamers alles is keurig. De locatie is ook fijn, heel goed voor gezinnen (jonge kids vooral) wij waren met onze tieners en dat was ook helemaal prima, we houden niet van drukte en dronken jongeren het zwembad is niet erg groot maar gewoon goed om lekker even te zwemmen. Prachtig strand Falesia op 1.5 km, de haven is ook dichtbij en grote supermarkt Pingo doce voor je boodschappen.

Apartment was modern., clean and provided us with all that we needed.

The pool was a little disappointing given that there were no sun beds available. The facility is a bit isolated. It’s not far to the marina/beach/supermarket but there’s literally nothing within a 15min walk. Check in and out procedurals were all a bit of a faff and over complicated our stay. We were offered to meet the agent for keys at the property but it was all very last minute…similar with request for late check outs which couldn’t be confirmed until the very last minute which we understand but is still less than ideal. A dangerous electrical fitting and faulty toaster were reported and rectified eventually.
