Los Arcos 3 - Pool & Vilamoura Center

Lovely pool, rooms were a good size, balcony was nice, it was clearly cleaned inside very well, the air con was essential, property was well stocked We had a few problems but the owners were very quick to respond to the issues we reported.

Building work going on a neighbouring complex. This meant it was too loud to really hear each other at various parts of the day. The front door sticks to the extent that on several occasions we were unable to get into the building for 15 minutes or more. I was told that the building owners had been told to replace the locks but I don’t think they had. Presumably due to the building work, the patio was filthy with dust, not sure it had been cleaned properly as we found cigarette butts also. Not too much of a problem but I think there’s damp coming through from the en suite to the master bedroom. We had a powercut, unsure of the cause but it was localised to the property, and meant none of the aircon was working. It did however resolve quickly.

Spacious , clean and well equipped . Apartment terrace had access straight to the pool area. On site coffee shop was amazing. Great value 15 minute walk to Marina

Access was almost impossible - struggled to get in the main door and apartment door every time we came back and took an age spinning the lock. Needs to get help a few times.

Apartment was very clean and had plenty of space. 3 bedrooms which can sleep 6 if needed and had a nice balcony area (ground floor) which leads straight to communal pool. The apartment had everything needed for a self catering trip catering trip. Including all usual amenities irons, hairdryer etc. Pool area was very clean and well maintained and only a few other families there along with us. Would recommend bringing a beach towel for the pool but towels for showering etc are provided. Coffee shop built into complex which was excellent and very affordable for breakfast/ lunch. Also a supermarket about a 10 min walk away. Apartment was a nice 15 min walk away from marina as well.

Hard to open doors.We needed help on afew occasions to enter. We weren’t able to get any TV Channels If there was a manual to show us how to work TV it would have helped .As it was we had no TV for the week. We had no electricity on Tuesday morning as I think a fuse blew.
