About this villa rental
Newly built villa with swimming pool built following ancient methods, with dry stone finishes surrounded by the Salento countryside. The exterior consists of a 5000 m² garden completely fenced with dry stone walls and local tuffs, large spaces equipped with sofas, deck chairs, solarium, porch for pleasant and relaxing moments of outdoor gathering, hidden infinity pool with outdoor shower , Airpool Jacuzzi, wooden swing, ping pong table, private parking space, all reserved for your exclusive use to have maximum privacy and total relaxation. Finished according to the tradition of the place, the villa is composed of a living room with sofa bed , kitchen with wood-burning oven with the possibility of making pizzas, bread, pucce (typical Salento bread with black olives) biscuits etc., outdoor barbecue, organic vegetable garden, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds or double with bathroom. Each room has TV and air conditioner, unlimited wifi. The villa is about 1.5 km from the town of Tricase, a town of reference throughout the Capo di Leuca equipped with every type of service. Finally, the villa is 3.5 km from the Adriatic Sea and 18 km from the famous white beaches of Torre Vado, Pescoluse,

Lovely house in a very peaceful location set on a large plot with pomegranates, lemons, olives, fresh herbs and much more. Well stocked supermarket less than 2 km away in Tricase. Very handy for the beaches, Otranto and Lecce. All rooms and kitchen well equipped, outside games area with table tennis darts and of course the generous swimming pool. The pictures do not do the location justice. Owners Andrea and Mariella were very welcoming and helpful. Mariella speaks good English so communication is not a problem if you have no Italian.
One word of caution, the pool is quite deep and children who can't swim yet will need close supervision.
All in all one of the best, if not the best, holiday rental we have visited and one we are keen to return to.

Abbiamo soggiornato 7 giorni in una villa molto ben organizzata e estremamente confortevole.
Nulla è lasciato al caso e indimenticabili le attenzioni di Andrea che danno a Villa La Sita un valore aggiunto (se mai ne avesse bisogno).
