New, airy and bright apartment equipped with all comforts, air-conditioned both in the living area and in the sleeping area. It is accessed via a convenient external staircase. Equipped with large living room / kitchen with fireplace, veranda, 2 double bedrooms with balcony, 2 bathrooms both with shower, washing machine. It is located in a quiet area.
The furnishings are modern. The view that can be admired from the veranda goes from the Arbatax lighthouse to the Ogliastrine mountains. It is 800 meters from the splendid sea of Sardinia where you will find the wonderful Isolotto d'Ogliastra.
The veranda has a barbecue for your dinners at home. The amenities also include digital terrestrial TV in the living room and bedroom, ample supply of dishes and dish towels for the kitchen, hairdryer in both bathrooms, table and iron, playing cards and board games. On request without supplement set of towels and bed linen.
DISCOUNT 5% per week, 10% per month.
The guest is expected to pay the tourist tax upon delivery of the keys, amounting to 1 euro per day for each guest.
