This rental unit is exactly as pictured. It has 2 very large bedrooms, a large bathroom with a tub, a small updated kitchen, and a great balcony. Note that there is no living room in this apartment. However, this is not really a problem as we were there to enjoy the beaches and had no need for a living area. This was the only rental we had in Italy that actually had a tub and not just a shower! The host provided some breakfast items, milk, and water which was a sweet touch. However, it is a bit difficult to find. It is located up on a hill in Santa Maria Navaresse, so you will need to have a car to reach it. The home is located off of a gravel road with several houses that cannot be seen from the road. While there were some markings near the road, they were not understandable in order to accurately find the house and we ended up going to the wrong house, but thankfully they pointed us in the right direction. It would be helpful if they provided more clear markings on which driveway to use to access the property. Overall it is a great location as it is a short drive from the beach, supermarket, and restaurants.
