Ground-floor apartment completely renovated and newly furnished.
The house, which is located in the center of Santa Maria Navarrese about 200 meters from the town's central beach, overlooks a large square where the ancient church--built by the princess of Navarra--and the thousand-year-old olive tree are located.
Not far away is the ancient Spanish Tower, another important vestige of the past that closes Santa Maria Navarrese beach to the north and is part of the system of coastal towers erected in the 16th century by King Philip II of Spain to defend the island from raids by Barbary corsairs.
The apartment has two bedrooms: 1 double + 3 single beds (opp.1 double + 1 single), large living-dining room, open kitchenette, bathroom + bathroom/laundry room, large veranda facing the street + veranda/indoor courtyard.
