Overall a really great vacation in this appartment. The two neighbour families are very kind and friendly, sometimes a bit noisy and get up very early in the morning. E-Bycicle recommendet due to distance to the sea and quiete uphill.

The accommodation is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood close to the center of Santa Maria Navarrese (a 10-minute walk down the hill). Upon our arrival, the studio was very tidy, clean, bright, and comfortable. There are many additional beds and it is easily suitable for at least two more persons (up to 6 in total). It includes very well-equipped kitchunaware (I think only the scissors were missing); all pans, cutlery, oils, spices, etc. were on deck.
Parking is right next to the veranda, so no need to worry about it. WiFi is also provided by the host, so you get your own internet just for yourself and do not share it with anyone.
The original host is Italian and she doesn’t speak English much so most of the chat was done through a “mediator company” All4Sardinia (they speak English fluently). There were no issues upon our arrival and the host was willing to let us stay longer due to our flight being late in the evening, which is a big plus.

This year we were at this apartment for the second time. We are satisfied, the apartment is clean, spacious, well furnished. The apartment is located on the ground floor. The place is located about 1 km from the sea, but in a pleasant undisturbed environment.
