la tranquillità del posto, la peculiarità dei fiori, l'alloggio molto spazioso, pulizia dell' appartamento, la possibilità di raggiungere varie località di mare con 20/30 minuti di macchina, la piscina

alcune cose da migliorare: servono zanzariere alle finestre data la prossimità con le piante, il nostro appartamento non aveva uno spazio all' aperto come un piccolo terrazzo, pochi arredi funzionali (ad esempio una mensola in bagno per appoggiare le cose), staff ridotto, letto troppo rigido

Nice location and very quiet - a place to relax

As it’s a self contained apartment there was nothing to wash up dishes, no plugs to hold water in sink, no dishwasher. Cooking was awful with no oven gloves or cloths to. Lean up - we even had to ask for a kettle as there was nothing to boil water coy. And a drink - very disappointing. Then we had an infestation of ants and they just sent the house maid to clean them up ! They returned the next day. Lots of droppings on top of kitchen units which we suspect are from woodworm in the joists.

The location, and staff were just excellent. Also the restaurant on place is little bit pricier, but really great! The rooms has AC units in every room, the rooms are big, the pool is nice, also quite big. The whole property, with the flowers on the walls looks just excellent! Also to position is perfect - you are not by the sea, where it is not the right Tuscany. You are in the middle of Olive trees and Wine, but still - small city with restaurants, shop etc - 9 min. Beach ? 20 min. Follonica - 22 min. Superstore - 11 min.

It is just Tuscany style. The rooms are not new, sometimes something doesn't work in the bathroom (but was solved that day!)... but, that is the style and vibe of Tuscany. If you know, why you are there, those are not the mistakes.
