Enjoy the beach - walk to Mission Bay Beach and enjoy the San Diego sun and sand. The sound and smell of the bay are at your front door. Enjoy the fireworks of Sea World every night from the beach at Mission Bay - we also have beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels for you. We are one of the few vacation rentals in Pacific Beach with Central Air Conditioning - San Diego has experienced hotter than normal summers and falls.

Three bedrooms, two baths will comfortable sleep up to ten. You will have views of Mission Bay and the lights of San Diego. The Mission Bay boardwalk will take you to the Pacific Ocean.

Everything included - 48' LCD TV, WiFi, DVD player, balcony, a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a king size bed, second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom. The couch will make into a bed also. Two car garage with ample guest and street parking.

This was a perfect place for our get away to San Diego. It is close to zoo, Midway museum and beaches. Good access to grocery stores. Love that it had garage parking, beach cruiser bikes, a cooler, sand toys and beach towels.

Easy check-in great location there's lots of amenities right around the area Love that all the beach stuff was in the garage along with umbrellas chairs and a wagon. We did have a small issue that Frank took care of immediately there is now two blow up air mattresses available for extra beds if needed. The host and property Manager was amazing to work with answered all questions and great communication.

We had the pleasure of staying 6 nights at this wonderful condo. The condo is super comfortable and has a great view of mission bay. We enjoyed the walking / biking path around mission bay daily and there were fireworks every night. The beach bikes in the garage were a nice touch. The neighborhood is quiet and cozy and feels very safe. The beds were very comfortable, though there is too much to do around San Diego to sleep much ! The kitchen is well appointed, and with 3 teenage boys along we had to cook a lot! The air conditioning was crucial, as there was a bit of a heat wave our first few days. I would definitely stay here again .

We came here with our grown children and two small grandchildren. The place was very clean and very well provisioned. In addition to covering all the basics, the host provided beach towels, beach toys in a collapsible wagon, bikes with helmets and garage parking with laundry. Being only a very short walk to the beach, these items were much appreciated. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing stay in a great part of San Diego. One minor note, there is an internal stair from the front door to the unit which we blocked with furniture for the safety of our young grandchildren.

This is a lovely little condo in the perfect location to easily get to everything we wanted to see and do in the area. Worked great for road biking around the bay and Fiesta Island or up to La Jolla, to a quick drive over to the beautiful Mission Valley YMCA for swim workouts. Made for easy outings with the family to Coronado Island, Balboa Park, and La Jolla, along with several college tours. Having the attached garage allowed for safe storage and easy access to the rental car and road bike, but free and available on street parking was also helpful as we had a second rental car. The master bath and kitchen seem to have been recently redone and the fixtures and appliances are a step up from what one might expect from the usual rental. Really the only issue we had all week was that there were a few property cards missing from the Monopoly game, but we remedied that with Post-It notes. ;) Thanks for making our San Diego trip a relaxing and fun time!

We loved our time at this rental. It was clean and well stocked. The location was great, right across the street from the water with an easy walk down. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We loved having the garage and the AC, hard to find amenities with a rental! We brought our own baby gate for the stairs, since it was a little steep for kids, but with the gate, I felt it was more than safe for our 3 year old. The property manager was awesome. Checked in on us multiple times and easy to connect with. Great stay and will be back!

We enjoyed our family vacation at Frank’s property. We had six adults and twin five year old boys who referred to the property as, “The Beach House”. The A/C during the month of August made it very comfortable. The clean kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We also used the gas grill on the patio. The bedrooms and bathrooms had plenty of sheets, blankets, bath towels, and beach towels. It was nice to have beach toys and beach chairs available when we walked to the bay. We also traveled a short distance to the beach, Lego Land, zoo, and boardwalk. We had an awesome family vacation filled with a variety of wonderful experiences. We will always remember the fun we had at The Beach House!

We found this place to be thoughtfully equipped throughout, from the kitchen to the extras for recreation and beach going. We went with our adult children and grandchild and everyone was happy! Dixie the property manager was extremely helpful too!

Stay was great - we had everything we needed! Spacious condo, perfect for a family. Super close to the bay (we could see it out of the window when we woke up in the mornings!) and Crown Point Park. Enjoyed having a garage to park our car and to have laundry facilities. The bikes in the garage were also a nice option to have. Lots of beach towels and board games. We would stay again!

We had an incredible stay here. The house is set up beautifully. It has everything you need. The place is clean, quiet, and right by the bay. The owner as well as the manager were easy to get a hold of, and even went out of the way to get my parents into the house when my flight was delayed. This was exactly what we needed for six adults and a toddler. The price was awesome too. There was a bonus as well, the master bathroom was just remodeled and looked like you were walking into a spa. I have travelled to many places and have had VRBO's that weren't what was listed. This place was prettier than the pictures. I also loved that it had a garage space for one car. That helped a ton with parking. Overall, five stars from me!

We really enjoyed our stay at Frank's property. House was equipped with everything possible. It also had beach chairs cooler beach towels and sand toys. He even provided gate for stairs very convenient if traveling with small children. We had plenty of room to sleep everyone. The pull out couch was probably the most comfortable pull out couch my son has every slept on. The garage was very convenient. The home was very clean. The views are awesome especially the fireworks at Sea World.

Very nice house in a good and quiet location. Well functioning kitchen, with everything you need, including some spices, coffee filters, etc. It is a bit smaller than the pictures indicate, and the area in front of the house is for another condo, not the one for rent here. You get to walk aross it though, and the Crown Point Park just across the road is nice for a morning run on the beach.
