No breakfast was served but the flat comes with a nice kitchen and there are small markets very nearby to buy supplies.
The location was excellent for my needs, very close to the Carmekit subway which makes it easy to get up to the Carmel and downtown with climbing all of those stairs.
The flat is in an older building but the neighborhood is lovely.
Parking is very difficult...although there are free parking areas in front of the flat, they were almost never available no matter when I arrived.
There is a nursery school right next door so the noise of shrieking children is a constant in the morning and early afternoon.

Уютная квартира, есть всё необходимое, плита, микроволновая печь, тостер, турки для кофе, много посуды, сушильная и стиральная машины, электрический бойлер, кондиционеры. Кодовый замок избавляет от необходимости носить ключи.
Нам все понравилось, спасибо хозяину за внимательное отношение к гостям!

Nearby Carmelit station (four minute walk away) gave reliable access to the Hadar and Merkaz KaKarmel. Running every 12 minutes from 0600 to 2400.

The location was excellent and the beds were exceptionally comfortable! Our host was responsive and hospitable. We would definitely stay there again.
