3 Stairs Only to Cozy Flat on Hillel st

first of all the pwner was pleasent, available. answered whatever we needed, accomodating, and although we never met he seemes to be a really nice guy. the property is small but not tight, all what you need is right there from the cooker to the washing machine including washing powder, shampoo soap and toilep paper and everything in betweeen. the loaction is central enough to get from there everywhere but not that central that there is busy traffic and miilions of people as ssonas you walk out of the door, and local a few stores ("makolet") within minutes walk.

the question "what didn't you like" is a difficult question. But if you"ve asked it the answer is 3 minor points: (1) there is no real veiw to the sea other that a small glimpse from the kitchen window, (2) the area between the bed and the closet on the main bedroom (where the double bed is) is a little tight causing me to knock my knee a few times - yes i should be more careful. (3) for those who come who are religious (like ourselves) we noticed that there were no mezuzot at all (i can think of a few reasons for that, but some would like to take that into consideration)

No breakfast was served but the flat comes with a nice kitchen and there are small markets very nearby to buy supplies. The location was excellent for my needs, very close to the Carmekit subway which makes it easy to get up to the Carmel and downtown with climbing all of those stairs. The flat is in an older building but the neighborhood is lovely.

Parking is very difficult...although there are free parking areas in front of the flat, they were almost never available no matter when I arrived. There is a nursery school right next door so the noise of shrieking children is a constant in the morning and early afternoon.

Уютная квартира, есть всё необходимое, плита, микроволновая печь, тостер, турки для кофе, много посуды, сушильная и стиральная машины, электрический бойлер, кондиционеры. Кодовый замок избавляет от необходимости носить ключи. Нам все понравилось, спасибо хозяину за внимательное отношение к гостям!
