דירה מאובזרת נקייה ונוחה אהבתי ששימרו את היופי של המבנה הישן אהבתי את המרפסות את השקט המטבח היה מאובזר בכל מה שצריך
כירה אחת מתוך שתיים לא עבדה ספוגית הכלים במטבח היתה משומשת ( זה קצת מגעיל..) , ממליצה להחליף בין אורח לאורח. חסרות פינות ישיבה (כורסא) בחדרים, ושטיחים הכלים במטבח לא היו כל כך נקיים בחדר אחד המזרון ממש קשה ולא ראוי לשינה ניקיון המרפסות טעון שיפור
