The location is great, in the center of the old town which is very well preserved. Good restaurants nearby. Close to the mountain road to Denia and the lighthouse on Cap de Sant Antoni. Free car parking is possible a few 100 meters away, near Plaza de la Constitución.
Although the free car parking is close by, we thought on arrival we better first drop off our luggage. But the streets near the apartment were very narrow and we almost got stuck. So a warning on beforehand would have been helpful. Next time we will walk a bit with the luggage.
