What We Loved Stunning Location & Views: The property and its grounds are beautiful. It is easily one of the absolute best spots in Malia to watch the sunset! Amenities & Comfort: The bathroom and kitchen are modern, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Quiet & Convenient: The area around the property is peacefully quiet. While the beach directly adjacent to the villa isn't ideal for a full beach day, it's perfect for a quick, refreshing swim. Plus, the lovely Potamos Beach is just a short trip away.

The Not So Great Mezzanine Floor: The wooden mezzanine can be a little too loud, especially when walking at night when everyone is asleep. It is also worth mentioning that the mezzanine area is noticeably warmer than the bottom floor Property Layout & Groups: The new apartments on the property hosted mostly young groups. My concern is that it could get a little loud when the whole property is fully booked. Fortunately, the guests during our stay were mostly quiet and only stayed for the weekend, but I can only imagine what will happen when the UK holiday season starts

The Owner was very very nice and helpful, she sent us a full programm of what can we do in Malia. The Cleanliness was amazing. She booked also a taxi for us to the airport. Thank you very much and thank you is not enough! 🌹

Lage und Größe der Unterkunft außergewöhnlich, Gastgeberin war unglaublich angenehm und zuvorkommend; Küche ist für Selbstversorger überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Aufenthalt sowohl am Balkon als auch im großen Garten möglich.
