l'emplacement est excellent et on peut profiter de jolies vues sur la ville depuis les fenetres de l'appartement. L'hote est tres sympathique, communique tres bien et est tres accomodant. Il y a deux chambres séparées avec des lits doubles; c'est tres appreciable.
l'appartement est en bon etat et tres bien équipé mais pourrait etre rafraichi car un peu vieux (plancher, douche...). Il peut ne pas convenir à tout le monde car il y a 3 etages raides sans ascenceur et pas de climatisation (mais on peut faire des courant d'air)

La ubicación es perfecta, a unos pasos caminando de la Torre de los Clérigos y el hecho de que tenga 2 habitaciones es un plus comparado con otros alojamientos del centro de Oporto. Las vistas son maravillosas, el precio muy bueno y Marilia, la mujer que lo gestiona, fue encantadora desde el minuto 1 y además habla español.
Está en una calle muy empinada y difícil para carritos de bebé o personas con movilidad reducida. Además, es un tercero sin ascensor. Esto no me importó, pero creo que es relevante comentarlo. Si viajas en invierno, la calefacción es insuficiente, aunque conseguimos adaptarnos.

enchufes descolgados cafetera exclusiva de una marca de cápsulas que hay que buscar y encima no funcionaba la tv no se veia sabia una araña en la cocina de unos 5cm y gorda el lavavajillas no funcionaba en baño muy estrecho la estufa funcionaba a mitad pues no iba el segundo botón
