Living room only had a day bed; uncomfortable for sitting.

Nice, small apartment, convenient location.

The bathroom was extremely small, shower was miniscule. A larger sized person would not be able to use it.

Would definitely stay there again

Quiet location but still close enough main area. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very clean.

All good and better than previous accommodations on previous Finale Ligure MTB trips

Location was good. Near the beach and restaurants. A bit far from MTB uplift though but not a problem.

MTB garage opens at 8am which could be an issue if leaving for a ride earlier than 8am but always have an option to keep bike in the room, which could be a hassle if you are on the top floor.

Very practical apartment for 2 people at decent price.

Poor internet connection. We had to use connection from our phones to be able to work remotely. Quite small bathroom.

Spacious, well-equipped, great balcony, easy to get to the beach. Bike storage and wash were also very helpful.

Would be nice if they could provide laundry detergent and some basic pantry items like salt and pepper. Toilet was also a little small.

All good. I can recommend especially for bikers.

The garage for bikes was big. Bikes are hung by front wheel on hooks. But were there lot of bikers. Some bikers were inconsiderate and bent my brake lever. Then we put our bikes to hotel room. But it is not fault of the accommodation.

Enough space for the group of us, bike storage was part of the booking, there were no issues with the stay.

It wasn't completely clear where to pick up the keys as the reception was in another building.

basic, but all you need

We stayed one week and it was good value for money! If other guests are respectful it is a silent place. Very basic but free bikes that are ok for the ride to town. We came for climbing and spent the day on the rocks. Many bikers in the hotel that can use the bike garage and cleaning area. We would come again. Parking can be reserved 50m from apartment for some extra charge.

The apartment is close to the beach, a 5-minute walk away. Very nice apartment terrace.

Very small bathroom, our apartment no. 13 was on the ground floor next to the bicycle rental area. There was a lot of noise, especially in the early morning from 6.30 to 7.30, but also in the late evening until 23.30. During the day I was not an apartment because I went to the beach. An experience ok, value for money ok.

Great apartments for MTB riders and families

Great stay for a large group of riders. MTB friendly with good bike room and necessary facilities. Apartments were spacious and clean and staff was available for very late check in which we greatly appreciated 👍

Nice Budget Apartment with good Location

The location of the apartment is in close proximity to various shops and restaurants and the beach is not far away. For Mountainbiker there is a space to store the bikes and also to clean them. Trails of Finale are also very close.

Unfortunately the walls in the apartments seem to be very thin which made it quite noisy.

Nice small apartment, well equipped, good bed (firm) & in general very clean. Short walking distance to the center & beach. Free street parking was very easy to find near the hotel (May). Good WiFi.

The only really bad thing is the super small shower. Impossible to wash without being entangled in the shower curtain.

Super flexible and friendly staff. The apartment is clean and spacious, you have everything what is in the description (working wifi, washing machine, hair dryer, dishes, cutlery, etc..) 😊 The price is super good for the offer, i would recommend it for everyone.

Yet another great vacation in FL after 12 years biking here.

Large room, all you need in the kitchen and pick up of consumables. Two bike rooms, on with hose. Good wifi, no issue with warm water supply.

No secure/pwd wifi. Just adding a some secure non-default WPA2 password would be a simple ask.

Fit for our purpose - morning out, evening in. Clean, quite well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Excellent communication! Close to see side and a market.

Missing kettle for sure, we drink a lot of tea! :) The apartment we got is quite dark, but it doesn't matter for our purpose during winter time, when we spend most of the day outside in nature on a sunlight.

Nice staying

Confortable apartment, easy to reach, useful mountain bike garage.

Some more instruments in the kitchen should be available but the the necessary is there. Even if the bed are basic they are confortable. The panels on the walls should be changed and coordinated...some basic ikea panels will make a better impression of the rooms.
