Just 35 miles south of Edinburgh and close to Galashiels, Selkirk, and Melrose, it’s perfectly placed for both relaxation and adventure.
The ground floor offers a well-equipped kitchen, an open-plan sitting/dining room, a utility room, and a downstairs WC. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a super king-size bed and en-suite shower room, while the twin and king bedrooms share a family bathroom with shower over bath.
Enjoy the private enclosed garden, or take advantage of estate activities such as tennis and fishing on a picturesque stretch of the River Tweed. With walking and cycling routes right from your door, plus nearby mountain biking, golf, spa treatments, and historic towns, there’s something for everyone.

Mooi groot huis op een prachtige plek. Ruime kamers. Keuken goed, hoewel een grote bakpan welkom zou zijn geweest. Prima bedden, ruime slaapkamers. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor mooie tochtjes.

Very comfortable cottage with everything you would require. Beds very comfortable and the bathrooms were excellent, although the ensuite bathroom's vent didn't come on nor the shaver socket..
There is a wasps nest outside the other double bedroom, which needs removing so that the window can be opened.
