Just 35 miles south of Edinburgh and close to Galashiels, Selkirk, and Melrose, it’s perfectly placed for both relaxation and adventure.
The ground floor offers a well-equipped kitchen, an open-plan sitting/dining room, a utility room, and a downstairs WC. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a super king-size bed and en-suite shower room, while the twin and king bedrooms share a family bathroom with shower over bath.
Enjoy the private enclosed garden, or take advantage of estate activities such as tennis and fishing on a picturesque stretch of the River Tweed.
