About this house rental
This sunny bach is located on a quiet street about three minutes walk from Papamoa beach with its beautiful golden sand.
The bach underwent a major renovation in 2018 and is now architecturally designed for perfect beach living.
Huge windows line the house, which fully open up to front and back warp-around decks. The front deck gets morning and afternoon sun, and is perfect for relaxing with a book or eating al fresco. The back deck gets evening sun and is set up for a sunset drink.
A spacious lounge flows into an entertainers kitchen, equipped with all that you need to self cater. There is a well stocked bookcase, free wifi and a seperate 'snug' with toys for the kids. Modern tiled bathrooms come with high quality fittings. The master bedroom has its own ensuite.
There is a barbecue available for guests to use. The outdoor area comes complete with a wood fired pizza oven.
The property is 5 minutes drive from Bayfair Mall in Mount Maunganui and Palm Beach Plaza in Papamoa, which have shops and supermarkets.
There is plenty to do in the area with several golf courses near by, a short drive to the Mount with its bars and cafes, and opportunities for fishing, kayaking, surfing and swimming.

Wow! What a beautiful and comfortable beach house within 5 minutes walk from the beach. The house was modern, spacious for our family of 4, filled with sunlight throughout the day and well equipped with upmarket features and quality appliances. On arrival we found the house clean, safe, private and inviting. The location is perfect and within 10 minutes drive either side to all the major shops/malls you’ll need. The communication with the homeowner, Marnie, was easy, fast and professional. Check in was so easy. We had an awesome family break with 7 days of fun in the sun and can definitely recommend this beautiful home to any family visiting Tauranga. Thanks so much Marnie!

We had a fantastic time. The place was spacious and light with decks on both sides. The kids loved the hammock and trampoline. It was spotlessly clean. Loved all the eco cleaning products. It had such a great feel and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday.

Very close and easy walk to the beach. Lovely deck area and the pizza oven was fantastic.
A few little changes would have really made a difference to our stay:
-more plates and cutlery
-making sure utensils and oven trays were clean
-fixing back door and master bedroom door which would stick and jam
-stronger water pressure in shower
-fixing the shower curtain which was just propped up
-a microwave
