La ubicació i els serveis propers. Aparcament proper però públic, no privat
Potser estaria bé posar cortines anglès finestres. Millorar la neteja i algun moble més al menjador per poder deixar objectes personals. Mala olor als desaigües.

Nous sommes restés 3 nuits. L'appartement est bien et fonctionnel. Bien situé dans le quartier de Belém, juste à côté du monastère et du musée du tremblement de terre. Un Lidl juste en face ça c'est le top ! Nous avons eu quelques déconvenues mais Miguel s'est montré très réactif et avenant. Il y a des produits de base ce qui est super quand on arrive! Je recommanderais pour quelques nuits sans problème.
Comme c'est au premier étage, c'est assez bruyant et nous entendons les gens entrer dans l'immeuble et claquer la porte. Mais bon pour quelques nuits c'est largement suffisant !

El apartamento estaba muy limpio, las camas muy cómodas con almohadones, Miguel fue muy amable al dejarnos una cesta de bienvenida, al piso no le faltaba nada ni en el baño, ni en la cocina, tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, era muy fácil aparcar cerca y tiene 2 supermercados a lado.

The smell in the bathroom and kitchen. The apartment is renovated and comfortable but the smell that comes from the bathroom and kitchen is awful
