***Upcoming Building Projects & Closures:
Please be aware of the following scheduled building projects during your stay:
-Balcony Refurbishing: October 5, 2026–January 7, 2027. Work will include pressure washing, inspections, and repairs. Scaffolding and swing stages will be used, with work performed from outside the units. No unit access is required.
-Outdoor Pool & Hot Tub: Closed November 9–December 3, 2026, while balcony work is being completed. Pool deck resurfacing will also take place during this time.
-Front Door Refurbishing: Beginning October 6, 2026, with work progressing approximately one floor per week. Trash chute room doors will also be painted. Noise should be expected.
-Lobby Remodel: Beginning October 20, 2026, with each lobby expected to take approximately 2–3 weeks. Temporary parking arrangements may be implemented, and elevator access to the lobby level may be temporarily unavailable.
-Water Heater Work: May coincide with lobby renovations and could result in temporary full-floor closures for a few days.
-Power Outages: Towers 7 & 8 will experience an outage beginning December 7. A building-wide outage of approximately 6–8 hours is scheduled for December 8, with power expected to return to Towers 11 & 12 on December 8 and Towers 7 & 8 on December 9.
Please note: Construction noise, equipment, and temporary closures may occur during these projects and are outside of our control. Parking passes will still be required.
Regency Isle 1002 is a beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath Gulf-front condo offering incredible views from the 10th floor.

• Access to the oversized balcony is available from both the living room and the primary bedroom. The balcony features a polywood pub-height table with four chairs, along with a wicker settee and two wicker-style chairs.
• The fully equipped kitchen features updated granite countertops, a Keurig coffee maker, an air fryer, a crockpot, and a large pantry for storing groceries. A beverage cooler is also included. The kitchen is positioned to provide a view of the Gulf while preparing meals.
• The dining table seats six, with four additional barstools for extra seating. Balcony seating is also available for outdoor dining.
• The living area has a sofa sleeper.
***Please note the recliner has been disconnected and no longer reclines.
• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a walk-in tile shower with double showerheads. The balcony can also be accessed from the primary bedroom.
• The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and a twin daybed.
• A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.
• Durable tile flooring is installed throughout the condo.
• One assigned parking space is included within the two-car maximum. A second vehicle may park in unmarked spaces on a first-come, first-served basis. Trailers are not permitted on the property at any time.
• This property is within a 10-minute walk of FloraBama, The FloraBama Yacht Club, Waffle House, and a convenience store.

Out of the numerous condos we have stayed in the last 20+ years, this by far was my favorite!! The condo itself was beautiful and well maintained. Kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance you could need. Balcony was where I spent most of my time when not on beach. This area was not extremely crowded and made beach days even better. Already planning next trip as soon as their schedule for 2027 opens!!
