This place is excellent for a seaside family holiday and I would gladly come back again.

The villa is very near a lovely beach and has an amazing view. We had everything we needed and we appreciated a lot the additional towels, the washing machine, the peacefulness of the place and the friendliness with which we were greeted.

Everything was perfect, the only thing that bothered us slightly was the smell of sewage that we could feel now and then in the bathroom only. But hopefully this was a temporary issue and will be resolved.

Just 5 minutes away from the beach 🏝️. Nice house with everything that you need for a pleasant stay. Tonia was a great host, checking often if we need something. Clean house but the best was the great view - 🌊 🏖️ 🌞

Wonderful stay

I went to many villas in Greece but this one was amazing. Full sea view (so we stayed a lot on the terrace), full equipement of the kitchen (dishwasher) and comfortable bedrooms. The owner Tonia is so nice and she speaks english. She lefts us coffee, sugar, spices, coal for the bbq, wine, cookies....i would definately go again. It says 550m from the beach but it takes 5 min to walk there. I was thinking it will be longer.

The villa is beautiful and comfortable! The location is also good and close to the beach! I loved the terrace and the view! Tonia was so nice and polite! I would definitely go back there with my family 🥰

Quiet relaxed beach vacation

The house has all you need. There is plenty of space and privacy for a family. The terrace is in the shadow in the morning and we could have breakfast looking at the sea. The best beach in the area is at 5 min walking and it was not a crowded beach. We barbequed fresh fish bought from Nea Peramos , fresh and affordable. There was silence around us , around the house. We could really enjoy a quiet, relaxed vacation. And if we wanted crowds :), the town was at few minutes by car.

Great place for vacation

We had a great vacation in Villa Maria. It is really well equipped and in a peaceful and quiet place. Аll beaches around the villa are wonderful. Clean, without rocks, suitable for children. The hostess is very polite and brings all you need during the stay. Thank you very much for the hospitality! We will definitely visit the villa again.

A lot of mosquitos in the evening outside, but it is expected as the villa is surrounded by vines and olive gardens. The hostess had taken care of this by leaving spirals and candles against mosquitoes.
