Cleanliness, kind & friendly staff - especially in reception -, great breakfast, treats in reception. Special thanks to lady in reception for helping me with my Portuguese trials. Room was not so big but it was perfectly fine for me as an alone traveler. They also let me leave my luggage in the hotel after check out until my flight time and I even used all amenities in the lobby without any issues.

Clean and decent room, spacious. Staff was helpful, Wi-Fi was great, Everything worked as intended.

I wish we had slippers in our room, especially for the price we paid, extra like that is expected. Also it would be good if toilet door was a proper door, not sliding one that leaves zero sound insulation. On that topic, rooms are not very sound proof, as our noisy neighbors, and those from above were quite loud and we could hear it in our room.

Breakfast was good and plenty to eat. Good location to see Lisbon.

Nothing …..great place for an overnight stay en route from The Algarve to Porto.

It was an excellent place to stay to be close to the centre of Lisbon but in a quieter area with some great places to eat and with the metro just a minute or so away from the Hotel. The staff are lovely and very helpful. They were very kind to us and went above and beyond.
