It was clean and the gentleman that was working in the morning was very nice.
The fire alarm went off in our room twice. Tried calling the front desk and no one answered went down to the front desk no one was there. It went off for a good 5 minutes. Also we waited to check in because no one was at the desk and when she did get there she wasn’t very happy or nice. This is our second time stay at this hotel-I’m not sure if we will stay there again. It was kind of a let down.

Very comfortable, clean and actually quiet besides breakfast hours!!! Very family friendly and the pool is always clean!!! Hands down my favorite hotel to stay when visiting Brooklyn Park.
There’s only one outlet outside. I needed clearer instructions using the fire pit.

The breakfast was good, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The walls are paper thin and the pool was a major disappointment. The water was very cold and the choice of tile flooring combined with poor drainage made for a very slippery and unsafe setting. I also found the desk clerk at check-in to be impersonal and in such a hurry that he didn’t convey important information, while the one at checkout was much friendlier and very helpful.
