very good location, very close to the Chamonix Bus Station, Centre, supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries etc. The river outside the apartment is very pleasant. Kitchen well equipped. Every morning I was going to the bakery Le Fournil Chamoniard on the other side of the river - definitely worth visiting (you can see the bakery through the window). Easy to reach the ski bus if going skiing (about 5 min walk). The communication was good. Small but usually that's what you get in the main ski resorts anyway.
it was a bed sheet missing for 1 person, but it was sorted the next day. Needed to clean, take rubbish out etc when leaving, but again - that's what you expect when skiing in France (they always ask to do so). NO TOILET PAPER (it was only 1/4 of the roll when we arrived, and no more, so we had to get it ourselves)

Andreais estuvo pendiente en todo momento de nosotros para asegurar que nuestra estancia fuera agradable. El apartamento bien situado, en un barrio tranquilo a 10 minutos del centro de Chamonix. Alojamiento sencillo sin lujos, pero funcional para una o dos personas, con todo lo necesario. Calidad-precio en Chamonix muy bueno. Además muy buenas vistas desde la ventana al río y a la montaña, un placer tomar el café sentado en el sofá por la mañana.
Lo único que el río se escucha muy fuerte dentro de casa ya que baja con mucha fuerza. No es un problema en sí mismo, pero sí importante tenerlo en cuenta si no te gustan los ruidos para dormir.
