About this house rental
Beautiful 3400 sq. foot home on 3/4 of an acre in a quite neighborhood with gorgeous mountain and meadow views. Just 3 miles to Grand Lake and 3 1/2 to RMNP. This 5 bedroom + large loft home has 3 bathrooms, 3 levels, a movie room, game room, pool table, reading nook and tv/ video game space in loft. Our home hosts 3 decks, 2 large covered porches and a large brand new fire pit . Sleeps 14 on regular mattresses and one futon couch. The main floor has beautiful views with an open floor plan combining the kitchen, large dining table and great room which lead out to a large 2nd story deck . The home has a tankless on demand water heater supporting multiple usage at same time. There is plenty of room indoors and out to be together or have a little quiet time away from the rest!
The main floor has a huge wall of windows leading out to the deck with an 8 foot picnic table, as well as additional seating and a BBQ gas grill. The master suite hosts a brand new bathroom with walk-in shower, a king bed and a flat screen TV. Also on the main floor is a guest room with a king bed and just across the hall from the guest bath with a tub/shower combo. The large loft has two twins beds, a full size futon, with a sofa and TV/gaming area. The kitchen hosts a 6 burner gas stove, brand new oven and microwave and a new large fridge with two ice makers.
Downstairs is a light and airy walk-out level with 3 bedrooms. The "Aspen Room" is a large bedroom with a log style king bed. The other two bedrooms have the best views of the mountain range and meadow below. One hosts a queen bed and the other a twin and a full bed. Both are just steps away from the lower deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee from the downstairs coffee station. You can also enjoy a movie in the movie room, play some games or do a puzzle in the game room, challenge someone to a game of pool or find a book and enjoy some quiet time in the comfy reading corner.
Enjoys the decks where beautiful views and sunshine are a guarantee and you can spread out if you choose and sit on one of the two covered porches for a little shade and quiet time. The outdoors has a large fire pit with plenty of seating and where marshmallow roasting is a must!. Lot is large and plenty of rocks for kids to do some climbing around. We have a very long, flat driveway with plenty of parking for multiple cars and can host an ATV/snowmobile trailer under 20ft.
Feel like a stroll? Head down the hill and around the corner to the beautiful Colorado River with the split rail fences and listen to the river for a while. Keep your eyes peeled as we see deer and moose on a regular basis!

We have a family of 11 with some married couples and the house was perfect for our crew. Comfortable living areas on each of the 3 floors allowed our family to be together but also have some separate space. Convenient to RMNP and the sweet little town of Grand Lake.

This cabin was large enough so that our group of ten was able to spread out. There was room for many activities at once and we never felt like we were in each other's way. The kitchen was extremely well appointed. We enjoyed our special family time there enormously. Thank you!

The cabin was warm and cozy while being spacious enough for our whole family. The host was very prompt to respond to our questions. She also had some very thoughtful unexpected comforts and information on how to acclimate to the altitude.
