For a solo traveller like me, the Rocky Studio was a great find - it's just the right size for one person and has all the facilities you need for cooking. Given what an expensive activity skiing can be, this was an ideal way for me to visit Chamonix affordably. You could also fit two people into the studio, though it would be a bit of a squeeze. The location of the apartment was also excellent, given my reliance on public transport (it is near Chamonix's main bus terminal, and also near a rail station served by the Mont Blanc Express), and because I had booked a ski tour to the Vallée Blanche (which required me to meet my guide at 8am at the base of the Aiguille du Midi cable car, which is only 5 minutes' walk from the apartment.
I found a piece of rubbish (discarded earbud) on the balcony.
