Take a look at this amazing property: a multi-week rental on the northeast shore of Silver Lake in Traverse City. This 5-bedroom, 3.5 bath home can accommodate up to 10 guests for a minimum stay of 14 nights.
The multi-level house features kitchens on each level. The master bedroom, located on the main level, includes a spacious bathroom with a jetted tub. There are bedrooms on the upper and lower levels. Both levels of the house have beautiful riverstone fireplaces, and the main floor boasts a vaulted ceiling, adding to the overall sense of luxury and relaxation.
Step outside onto the deck off the dining area to take in the stunning water views. The property offers a beautiful waterfront with a dock, a charcoal grill, a fire pit, and ample outdoor seating to enjoy the sunset and sparkling blue water. The surroundings are nicely landscaped, providing privacy from neighbors.
The Silver Lake Recreation Area is only a mile away and offers tennis courts, a playground, and a baseball field. Downtown Traverse City has an array of shops and dining options, and is a convenient 15-minute drive. Additionally, the family-friendly Incredible Mo's Entertainment Center is a 5-minute drive from the property, and the Pit Spitters Baseball Park is only a couple of miles away. For those interested in a musical adventure, you can check out the Interlochen summer concert series located just 10 minutes West.

A wonderful experience all around. A beautiful home in a beautiful location! Our only struggle was leaving this house to explore the the many incredibly surrounding areas. I highly recommend Two Brothers sail Charters for a fabulous private sailing experience on Grand Traverse Bay. We thoroughly enjoyed brunch at Sisters and great Latin food at Red Mesa Grill just to name a few of the many great restaurants. Hiking choices are unlimited. Two weeks is not nearly long enough!!

Awesome lake to chill out and relax. Enjoyed some kayaking and fishing. Lots of time just setting and enjoying view. House had plenty of room for 12 of us .
