A casa estava muito limpa e tudo funcionava perfeitamente. O condomínio oferece toda a segurança e tranquilidade. A frente da casa dá para a Mata Atlântica virgem o que é um bônus! A Praia calma é excelente para usar o Stand-Up e a prainha do lado da saída do Rio Mocóca é o paraíso das tartarugas. Foi a melhor semana na praia e certamente voltaremos. Você pode deixar o carro junto à Portaria, do lado de dentro e atravessar "por baixo" da pista e chegar à praia por uma pequena trilha muito linda! É chique demais!
