About this house rental
*NEAR THE CARAGUA X UBATUBA BORDER - AND THE BEST BEACHES ON THE NORTH COAST OF SP.
*Daily rates vary depending on the time of year, the number of days rented, and the number of people (including children of any age).

BEACH ACCESS:
-The house is about 650 meters from the beach using the condominium's exclusive pedestrian access to the beach (ACCESS IS NEAR THE MAIN ENTRANCE);
- Or you can drive from your house to the street that has pedestrian access to the beach (park the car inside the condominium!) and walk about 50 meters to reach Cocanha beach.
Spend your holidays in peace, in a house inside a gated community (VERDE MAR), on COCANHA beach, with 24-hour security, controlled entry and exit of vehicles and pedestrians, and motorized patrols.
Two-story house with:
* 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with air conditioning (1 is a suite on the first floor), 1 bedroom with a ceiling fan.

*Check-in from 3 PM, but if you're interested, check-in can be arranged from 8 AM. Check-out until 6 PM.
*KEYS MUST BE PICKED UP AT THE LOCATION/HOUSE!!!
*Up to 2 days before check-in, I need a copy or photo of the ID + proof of address of the person responsible for the rental, the full name of ALL guests (including children), and the license plate numbers of the vehicles, to authorize entry at the condominium gate. You can send this information here in the message field. I will also send a map and contact information.
* Loud music is NOT ALLOWED in the house by the condominium (only background music until 10 PM). Subject to a fine applied by the condominium, AFTER 1 NOTICE NOT ANSWERED by the guests. The fine is charged to the security deposit made on the credit card used to pay for the reservation.
We prefer renting to families or couples; we do not rent to large groups or groups.
*Water and electricity consumption (up to 30kw per day) are included in the rent.
* We do not provide bed linens, table linens, bath towels, cleaning and hygiene products, beach chairs and umbrellas; guests must bring their own (sheets, pillows, towels, cleaning and hygiene products, etc.).
